From the email description I understand that you are noticing difference in color between laptop screen and external monitor.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To analyze the issue please provide the following details.
1. You are connecting just one external monitor or two external monitors to the laptop?
2. Since when are you experiencing this issue?
3. Go to NVIDIA Control Panel, click on "Configure surround, Set PhysX Configuration" and send us a picture/screenshot of the whole screen.

My name is Hsu Yao Chang, and My job is It engineer and I work at Fengtay Com.,Ltd in Douliou in Taiwan. Confluence is the first maintain system which I went to company for the 1st project. It's about 5 years experence in it, included server setup, troubleshooting for end-user feedback, app study for confluence improvement, such as page view plugin, viewtrack plugin...etc. I apply to join confluence leader group because I have ever create serveral tickets in confluence support team, but sometimes I will get it's bug issue feedback from support team. After for a long time, it still not have response and I have no idea how to continue for next process. I try to get alternative thought from leader group about bug issue. I would also try to international participate for my confluence feedback. There are couple bug issue which I have faced before as below. Any question or feedback, we can discuss in the zoom meeting.
Finally is there any job or pay which I should do when I join confluence leader group?
