Hello Anderson,

Upon further checking, the license expired 18-Jan-2017. So if you renew from 18-Jan-2017 > 18-Jan-2020, technically it's still expired (since it's now April). The correct date should be 18-Jan-2017 > 18-Jan-2021 which will cost $48,470 ----- higher than purchasing a new license. And yes, we have several Solution Partners in Taiwan you can choose from.

USD 47,250.00 new license

You can contact them directly. Please refer here - https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/?lang=en-us.

Thank you for contacting Atlassian! We're happy to assist.

All license renewals are backdated regardless of when they expire. And as per checking, SEN-2071821, it shows that this expired back 2017. This means you would have to renew from 2017 > 2020 to bring it up to date.

In cases like these, we recommend our customers to purchase a new license which is more economical than paying double/triple the amount. Here's the new purchase quote we've created - AT-97753140.

Complete payment options can be found on Page 1.

I understand that you have seen Preview is not working randomly, and would like to disable it. I may need some more information about why the preview is not working and there might be some error messages in the application log.

Next Steps

To disable the Preview

You can disable the Confluence Previews plugin under your System add-ons section:

  • Go to

If you would like to try to troubleshoot the preview issue, provide me a Support Zip, so I can check the configuration and logs.
